All orders are made in the order in which they are received. If you need a “rush order” please let me know at the time your order is placed and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate your needs.
• Custom & Personalized Orders
Please review the mock-up, if you are unsatisfied or need to make changes, please contact me. Production will not begin until final approval is received.
📌 Once final approval is received and invoice is paid, no additional changes will be made to your order.
• Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your item was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will go through the next steps to replacing your item.
• Payment
Full payment is due in full at time of ordering. Production will not begin until your order is paid for.
• Shipping & Handling
Shipping & handling fees are paid by the customer.
📌 Delays with USPS and all other carriers continue to get worse with holidays/Covid. Once your package has been received by USPS/UPS, it is out of my hands. Thank you for your understanding with this matter. Please plan your gifting accordingly.
•What is your TAT?
Turn around time depends on the season. Typically, 14 business days. Holidays are our busiest times of year. All items apply to the TAT at the top of the webpage. unless otherwise noted in the item description.

•Local Pickup
Please communicate with me if you need to pickup your order on a different day. I will set your items out daily for 3 days. After that, I will no longer continue to carry your order in and out.
•Disclaimer
Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. All wood is handpicked by us. There may be natural imperfections in the wood. We do not consider that flawed, as it adds to the uniqueness and character of each piece. If you don’t want wood grain to show then our shop is not a good fit for your needs.

👉 Do you take custom orders?

👉 Do you offer shipping?
Shipping is paid for by the customer unless otherwise noted.
👉 Do you deliver?
Absolutely not. I am not Uber. Sorry.
👉 I’ve changed my mind. Can I cancel?
Once your invoice is paid, we do not accept cancellations. No exceptions.
👉 Can you match a color that I already have?
Unless I have the item, likely not. It’s difficult to see a true color in a photo. There are so many variations of colors that it’s impossible to identically match someone else’s work or something that you’ve purchased from a store. If you’re striving for a perfect match, please refer back to where you purchased that item.
